Cancelation Policy
Please cancel by 6:00 pm day of arrival to avoid first night room and tax charge. Special Events will have 30 day notice of cancellation and first night room and tax deposit requirement. Those special event dates for 2008: Kentucky Derby (May 1-3, 2008), Street Rod Nationals (July 31-August 2, 2008) and Ryder Cup (September 14-21, 2008). LOCAL TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty with 18 hours before your arrival date.
