How to make a reservation
|

- How do I search for properties?
- You can quick search by country and city:
Select the country and city and then click on "Go"

You can browse various destinations and offers listed on the website:
Just click on the destinations or offers listed in various location on the website
or
You can do an advanced search:
Enter all the details in the advanced search panel: property type, number of guests, number of rooms, country, city, check-in and check-out dates, then click search for a list of available establishments for your request.
- How do I check for availability?
- You have two options: you can click on a single property and check its availability or you can search using the advanced search panel, for available establishments who fit your requirements concerning property type, number of guests, number of rooms, country, city, check-in and check-out dates.
- How do I make a booking?
- Once you have found a property that satisfies your needs, click on the facility name. If you wish to book, click on "Check Availability/Book", then, if the property is available, on the "Book" button next to the room type you prefer.
To submit the reservation, please complete the form, including your credit card details. After this, click on "Submit Query".
Before sending your reservation please read the cancellation policy carefully and should you have additional requests please enter them in the remarks field of the form.
Please be informed that all information is sent via Secure Server, ensuring that your personal details can only be viewed by yourself and the recipient (ie. the hotel).
- Are your rates per room or per person?
- All of our rates are per room, per night and per stay, unless stated differently.
- Do rates include breakfast?
- This is mentioned at each establishment and may depend upon the room type you reserve.
- Do I receive a confirmation for my booking?
- Yes, by email. You will receive a link where you can see an user area with the details of your booking. The bookings made via our website are with instant confirmation or on request, pending the approval of the property.
- Do I need to confirm my booking with the property directly?
- No. The booking confirmation you will receive is all you need.
- Who do I contact if I need help?
- You can contact our customer support service via email or telephone (details and working hours are displayed at the contact section of our website) or our partner agents abroad (their contact details appear on your confirmation).
- Can I make a reservation via phone or email?
- Our customer support service can assist you with the queries you might have, but bookings can only be made by you directly on our website.

- Why do I need to give my credit card details?
- The hotel requires a credit card valid for Internet payment in order to guarantee the reservation in the event of a late cancellation or no show. The hotel can decide to pre-authorise your credit card to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?
- In most cases you pay the hotel during your stay. To see whether there are any special conditions, such as deposit or pre-payments, please check the hotel's information page on our website.
- What types of credit card can I use to complete the reservation?
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Eurocard, JCB and Diners Club can be used on our website. However, it is possible that the hotel does not accept one or more of these card types. Before making your reservation, please check the hotel's information page on our website.
- Is it safe to fill in my credit card number?
- Your credit card information is sent through a secure server. The latest, most secure technology available encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology.
- I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
- No. A credit card valid for Internet payments is a compulsory part of the reservation process.

Canceling or changing my reservation

- How can I cancel my booking?
- By accessing your user area via the link you will receive by email after finalizing your reservation.
- Can I amend my booking?
- Unfortunately, for the time being, it is not possible to modify a booking in the system. You must cancel the reservation, following the instructions above (See 'How can I cancel my booking?'), and follow the reservation process again. The ability to make a new reservation will be again subject to availability. After the cancellation deadline, it is also necessary to contact the property directly, since in this case only the property can accept or not changes free of charge.
- How much will I be charged if I cancel a booking?
- This depends upon the hotel's cancellation policy, stated at the hotel's information page on our website. Reducing the number of nights booked within a certain time limit may also result in similar charges.

- Please enter this requests at the remarks section of your booking. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your demands, but these requests are not guaranteed and do not bind our company or the hotel in any way.
- Where can I view the facilities of the hotel?
- The hotel facilities appear on the hotel's information page on our website. If you have further inquiries, you can contact the hotel directly, using the hotel's details on your confirmation, after completing the reservation process.
